Travel Home and Means of Transportation:

Our new (to us) home for our RV travels is a 2009 Roadtrek 210 Popular motor home. It is built on a 2008 Chevy chassis by Roadtrek Motor Homes in Canada. We love it! It has all the creature comforts of home: kitchen with all the usual appliances, living/dining area, a very comfortable bed, toilet and shower, TV, computer, air conditioning and furnace.  What more could one want?  It is easy to drive and gets reasonable gas mileage (14 mpg) , which may not be very great for a car, but is very good for a house!  We think of it as our recreational property on wheels. Someone referred to Roadtrekkers as being like turtles; we carry our homes with us! Map of Wanderings with the Roadtrek:

We have traveled in 48 states, nine Canadian provinces, two Canadian territories, and three Mexican states so far. Click on the thumbnail to the left to see our cumulative wanderings (not including Alaska, British Columbia, Nefoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, and the Yukon).
