Time with Grandchildren
Sep. 8-14, 2003
We spent the week with our grandchildren (and their parents).
The Roadtrek was pretty dirty from our trip, so it was time to wash it. Alex
pitched in; washing cars with grandchildren is great fun.
The proud van washers in front of the results of their labor.
Zack hamming it up for grandma.
Alex with his mother, Sara, starting on a Lego construction project. They
have discovered Legos, so we will have to get out our Lego collection when they
come to visit us.
A family trip to Muir Woods National Monument was great fun. The redwood
trees are awe-inspiring.
"See, Grandpa, I can carry a backpack too!"
Alex and Zack investigating a redwood tree stump.
Youthful energy is hard to contain.
Mom is keeping a watchful eye on Zack, who is very curious about everything.
Alex is enjoying a juice break on dad's shoulders.
Next we head off to visit my brother, sister, and a cousin.
